Keep kids entertained during flight or long drives

WOW wish my kids were a little younger. These kits look great.  I know flying with kids can be stressful.  I took my twin boys by myself on a flight to AZ when they were 2 and the only thing I could think of to keep them happy and quite was to feed them Oreos the entire flight.  They were VERY happy.  This may have been a better option.
